Self-control boundaries and knowing your limits in order to maintain your balance, health and fitness are all vital. If ever in a crowd or situation where it is encouraged to go beyond your limit, leave that situation or crowd. A friend who knows you are living within boundaries who then pressures you to go beyond that point is not a friend.
“It’s okay!” “One little bite won’t hurt anything.” And the infamous: “It”s just this one time,” are pressures that may give a moment of pleasure and leave a lifetime of regret.
Choose to do what works for you and be your best you while remaining healthy and sound.
