We all have our own personal journey and there are many walks along this journey. In the beginning, middle or end of a walk you may feel defeated, get tired, discouraged, or upset. Whatever you do, never go back or give up. If anything, just be still.
And most importantly, with yourself, the only way to be true to yourself: Never surrender or retreat on the things you want. Take a moment; take a day; or take even a period of time to get yourself together and then move forward and CONQUER!! You will reach your target goal.
