When you behave or accept the culture and ways that are outside your being, your environment changes. It could be good or bad but more often than not, it changes for the worse. Regardless of where you are, people really can affect your environment in a negative way. As stated in an earlier post, there is true power, courage, and strength in walking away.
Your body lets you know, be it a tight button , a loose belt, chest pains, sleepless nights, you are changing and it is not good.
