You Have Time

Most people think   “… back in the day…”  or  ” I remember when…  ”  or  ” …what should have been… ”   as being the highlight of their lives.   Looking back instead of straight ahead is a surefire way of crashing (into something).

As long as there is air to breathe there is time to fly.  It is not the past that is “something”,  it is in the knowing where you are “NOW”  and being fully “HERE” that is truly something.

So, with courage  and  a  positive  mind, take a deep breathe ,  stretch out your arms and get ready to soar.
