The choices we make for our own lives should be based on our own desires. We should not make choices based on the desires and dreams of others. Our desires should not be that of the television, magazines, internet, music. Trends and fashions are for a season. The days you live are not a season, they are your life! And the choices you make throughout each day define you.
If I live my life searching for someone else’s best, I will never find my very own best. If I live to reach the potential of anyone outside of myself I will never reach my own personal goals. I will never have, nor will I ever know my full potential chasing someone else’s dream. I must know me for myself.
Proper healthy weight and good nutrition have to be centered from within in order for anything in life to balance. Life itself starts with the air (oxygen) we breathe, the water (liquids) we drink, the food (solids) we eat and the movements our bodies make. We have to choose for “ourselves” from all that is good, what we truly desire for our “own” selves.
So, while choosing what you want remember good fitness starts with making that first positive step.
And Remember to Eat Right With Good Healthy Nutrition and Proper Healthy Fitness.
