Your body reacts to negative thoughts, attitudes and emotions in ways that are not always preventable. It is important to know what can and cannot be tolerated. There will be those who say “You can handle it,” But if “handling it” is not healthy eliminate it. You want your diet filled with good positive feedback.
Negative words, negative environments and negative situations can all affect our metabolism in a negative way. Loving that which hurts you and being friendly to that which truly hates you will harm you. LIFESTYLE changes have to be made to get and keep good health. We get out of balance with ourselves because of what we allow in and around ourselves. We are all different and we all have different things we hope, wish and desire. Suggestion tells us that we are happy striving to reach someone else’s goal and will be satisfied with someone else’s dream. It is important to remain on your journey of good health. And doing this means removing any and all negative things from your environment. Foods and environments that do not react well with your body are not to be tolerated
Elimination of salt, sweets, fried foods, negative attitudes and/or sedentary lifestyle is a step in the right direction of positive healthy living. Don’t let go and give up on your good dreams.
