Knowing your limits, setting boundaries and having a self-control boundary, in order to maintain your balance, health and fitness are all vital. If ever in a crowd or situation where it is encouraged to go beyond your limit, leave that situation or crowd. A friend who knows you are living within boundaries and pressures you to go beyond that point is not a friend. Examples of pressures:
- “It’s okay.”
- “One little bite won’t hurt anything.”
- “It’s just this one time.”
These are pressures that may give a moment of pleasure and leave a lifetime of regret.
Choose to do what works for you and be your best you while remaining healthy and sound. A volume of lies do not last. One word of truth lasts a lifetime eternal.
