I take this time to thank Michigan Works.
I have always been told ” there is strength in numbers” “work as a team” “…work better in groups” . And I add to these sayings” let go and see what can be”. I realized today that when in the presence of those who know what to do, let them. Allowing each person to be and do as they are born, taught, trained to be can lessen the worry and ease the storm.
I met three business professionals today who reminded me of why we need each other. Just as the sun rises so do the awkward situations of life. I met Gary, Steven and Ms. Lisa today in the midst of my storm. I went to them for help. I watched them work, for me and for others. I came to them with a problem and each person executed their craft with unique precision, in unison. They did not overlap (as my sister and I do when talking ) they complemented and they did not override, they worked as a team.
Getting the mind and body fit requires letting go. Staying fit requires a fixed mind with diet, proper nutrition and routine fitness, all while knowing that where the mind goes the body follows.
Remember To Eat Right with Good Healthy Nutrition and Proper Healthy Fitness.
