A Firm Grip Without Hands

Zion Harvey at the age of 2 lost both of his hands and feet.  Now 10 years old  Zion is the first child ever to receive  double hand transplants. He had a dream of swinging a baseball bat.   Two days ago  he said:

“Instead of having no hands, I have two hands. And everything else is the same.  My friends haven’t changed.  They haven’t treated me any different.    I’m still a kid. I’m still the same kid everybody knew without hands.”

Zion did not wait until he received hands to be himself. The hands are helpful and he is thankful to have them;  yet he knows that he is more than what can be seen.

As you go forward getting fit, eating right and being healthy it is important to know that your outside (self and surrounding)  is a mirror reflection of your inner self.  Your internal environment can limit where and how you move; just as your external environment can hold you down, block your vision and guide you wrong. Be like Zion and have a good positive self image being satisfied with self while daily improving to be your  best.

Remember to Eat Right with Good Healthy  Nutrition    and Proper  Healthy Fitness.
