I have a job that requires particular tasks. I do not like one of them; but I do it because it is required of me. With time and practice I may become good at the task. Still, no matter how good I become I am obedient to the orders given because it is my job. The end result of my being obedient is payment for services, an income.
I write this to say your mind, body and spirit all require obedience. And this obedience is based on discernment. You need a discerning mind to know your rights from your wrongs and the boundaries in which you must live.
So discern the rights in your life, eat healthy and stay fit.
