All too often we hold on to the negative thoughts and or actions we have either placed on others or received ourselves. We place value on the wrong and ignore the good. We spend too much time focusing on what was said or done by others instead of what good can be achieved by doing what is right.
With billions of people in this world there should be billions of ideas and hopes. When searching for help and a better “self” there should be help along the way, not hurt and pain. So if on a search hurt and/or pain is found, quickly move from there and keep searching.
Do you know it takes longer to realize what you have than to get the things you want? Often times, you take what you have for granted until it is too late. You know what you need to do, it is just a matter of getting your inner self “there” that gets the wheel rolling.
