Cross the Gate

Running a business is not cheap.  To cover outstanding expenses and educational fees I recently added “full-time” job to my daily routine.  The second day on the job I experienced a co-worker who spoke in a manner I did not understand.  He spoke English, but to me, an inexperienced newbie in this particular field,  the ‘lingo’ of the day was from outer space.  And of course silent hostility ensued  within me.  There was a barrier between us that had to be crossed both ways.   We spoke of the same thing but with different words.

We all have many different names for the same thing.  And in this universe we have a vast variety of words, phrases and sounds that all may mean the same.  In French “Dieu” is the same as ltalian “Dio” ,which is the same as German “Gott”, which is the same as Japanese “Kami” which, is the same as Spanish Dios, which is the same as Arabic “Allah”, which in English all mean “God”.  Regardless of the language spoken  the one thing spoken of is the same.  We may call it different names but by whatever name called, it is still the same.

Health and Fitness and good nutrition requires understanding yourself and how YOUR body reacts to exact things.  It is a requirement that you take the time to know what things work well with you and what things  harm you. An item could be priced at one million dollars a plate and be considered the finest food for the finest of the fine.  If anything on that plate gives you a negative reaction then the plate is not worth a dime on a penny stand.  Likewise, if something costs a dime, works well with you and makes you feel like a million dollars you would be a fool to turn that away. Remember, there is nothing wrong with being you. This is your life and your healthy journey to fitness and good living.
