My sister and I have to take a moment on our journey to thank Charles and staff for understanding. After experiencing a period in our lives of: family illnesses, financial ruins, dying, deaths, disappointments, and being told to keep our grieving(s) and sorrows to ourselves and not seek help, my sister and I experienced Humanity 101 and a HEAVY burden was lifted .
We know that keeping silent in the middle of hardship can often lead to turmoil and destruction (i.e., a Hurricane). Honestly, we were often told wrong by those who knew right. And we were promised with words that no one ever intended to keep.
It is important to listen with understanding. Over the past few weeks we spoke with a staff of Amanda, Crystal, Laurie and of course, Sir Charles and found understanding. Charles listened.
We went to Charles for help and discovered why he is President. He kept his word. Charles, we THANK YOU.
