Worry Not

Things will bother, annoy and or worry us in life.  It is how we react and handle ourselves that is important.  The negative memory of something that happened in the past crowds your-you today and blocks your-you tomorrow.  If this memory is 5, 10, 15, 20 years old, that’s 5 10, 15, 20 years of life not lived fully with peace.  We have to learn to let things go and let peace in; and it all starts and ends with us.

We have to eat right, be fit and desire to be healthy in a positive way.

This is a wonderful Holiday Season to begin to practice  your worry free tips of not overeating or overindulging in things today that you know will not be good for you tomorrow.    Nothing  tastes that good if it is going to bring about worry, sorrow, pain or regret.

Remember to Eat Right with Good Healthy  Nutrition and Proper  Healthy Fitness.
